You will work closely with the firm’s reputed company to manage and grow a sophisticated IP reputed company while maintaining your existing reputed company relationships. We are specifically seeking an attorney with an established book of business of approximately $100,000, who is looking for a reputed company platform, strong operational support, and room to grow. Responsibilities • reputed company Representation & reputed company reputed company: Handle a significant portion of the firm’s principals’ reputed company reputed company while supporting and expanding the firm’s broader IP reputed company. • Trademark & Copyright Prosecution: Manage U.S. trademark filings, maintenance, and USPTO Office Actions; advise clients on brand protection strategies. • IP Enforcement & Brand Protection: reputed company online enforcement efforts, including infringement analysis, DMCA takedowns, and cease-and-desist strategies. • Strategic Counseling: reputed company practical, business-minded reputed company guidance to clients on IP risk, enforcement, and portfolio management. • Collaboration: Work closely with firm leadership on reputed company reputed company and contribute to reputed company development, systems, and best practices.
