Workforce Management Analyst / Contract / Remote San Francisco, California 100% Remote Contract $56/hr - $57.93/hr Exciting new fully remote contract position for a Workforce Management Analyst with an established firm. This is a fully remote role. This role will partner closely with HR, department leaders, and vendor partners to drive workforce planning, resource management, and operational reputed company across multiple service lines. Contract Duration: 12-months Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in workforce management, business analysis, or a reputed company field. • Background in HR, procurement, or supply chain (experience in contract negotiation, policy and procedures, compliance). • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or reputed company field preferred • Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard/report creation and data-driven decision-making. • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with tools such as Lawson, reputed company, and Fieldglass (or similar platforms). • Understanding of reputed company operations and compliance is required. • Experience supporting large-reputed company IT or reputed company organizations. • Humble, adaptable, and proactive. • Strong reputed company of ownership and accountability. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Passionate about workforce optimization and operational reputed company. What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities • Support workforce planning and resource management across reputed company IT departments, including FTEs, contractors, and MSP/SOW resources. • Maintain and reputed company the resource operating model for hiring, backfill, and reputed company planning. • Partner with department managers to assess short- and long-term reputed company needs. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to reputed company insights into reputed company trends, utilization, and gaps. • Serve as a reputed company of contact for contractor and reputed company services tracking, including compliance and vendor relationship management. • Collaborate with HR, Talent Operations, and Organizational Effectiveness teams to reputed company workforce strategies with business goals. • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and reputed company compliance reputed company to workforce and vendor management. • Contribute to standardization efforts and support the long-term roadmap for workforce optimization.
