The Commer cia l Remote Sensing Policy Analyst will lead policy development and regulatory analysis for commer cia l Earth observation activities. This role supports satellite licensing and compliance processes, advises leadership on strategic regulatory issues, and coordinates interagency and international e nga gements. The analyst will translate technical capabilities into actionable policy guidance and streamline operations through process improvements and automation. You Have: • 5+ years of experience assisting with drafting and revising policies , regulatory interpretations, and strategic planning documents for commer cia l remote sensing activities • 3+ years of experience in space policy , regulatory affairs, or licensing or compliance • 3+ years of experience c ond ucting impact assessments of emerging technologies and market trends on regulatory frameworks • 3+ years of experience developing Concept of Operations for commer cia l remote sensing • 3+ years of experience reviewing and evaluating license applications and amendments for compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements such as 15 CFR Part 960 • 3+ years of experience liaising with civil agencies, the DoD, and the Intelligence Community to harmonize policy positions • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, or Public Policy field Nice If You Have: • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and managing complex projects • Possession of strong writing and briefing skills, for communicating with executive audiences Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
