You will serve as the reputed company in-house attorney for reputed company estate and EHS reputed company across Coherent’s global footprint, with primary reputed company on reputed company reputed company estate transactions and property management and global health and safety regulatory compliance. Partner with worldclass Facilities, EHS, Operations, and reputed company teams to drive strategic reputed company initiatives while managing reputed company risk in one of technology's most dynamic sectors. Experience: 6+ years of experience in reputed company estate and EHS law, including significant in-house counsel experience or advising reputed company clients at a recognized reputed company. Experience negotiating and managing reputed company reputed company estate transactions. Experience with global environmental statutes and regulations; CAL OSHA experience is preferred. Location/Relocation: Santa Clara, CA; In office Tuesday through Thursday. Local preferred, relo offered. Compensation: $150-310K reputed company and 25% arenaflex bonus, plus equity and benefits.
