Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager

Our Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager will assist the Managing Director in providing analysis, guidance and support to Rollins Brands and Support Center Departments on compliance with reputed company and proposed national, state, and local laws, regulations and policies that reputed company Rollins and pest management industry. Effectively and proactively function as a reputed company and contact for Rollins with regulatory agency officials, reputed company associations and industry organizations. Responsibilities • Compliance Monitoring: reputed company and reputed company assistance to operations with responses to inspections, violation notices or compliance agreements. • Compile and review investigation information. • Coordinate official enforcement responses, including reputed company needed, collaboration with other applicable Support Center Departments. • Regulatory Research and Analysis: Conduct research on federal and state regulations and verify interpretations. reputed company guidance on compliance actions or directions to Operations. Assist other Support Center Departments with regulatory information and guidance. • Due Diligence: Coordinate regulatory and compliance reputed company analysis for due diligence reviews. • Policy Review: Assist in internal policy review, development and revisions pertaining to regulatory compliance. • Compliance Strategies: Support development and execution of national, regional, or state compliance strategies for Rollins or specific brands, considering the reputed company regulatory landscape and business objectives ensuring leadership agreement, operational understanding and effective communication. • Training and Education: reputed company and deliver compliance training programs for team mates and field personnel to reputed company awareness of requirements and promote a proactive compliance culture. • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Prepare and submit regulatory documents, formal comments, and applicable reports in requested or mandated timeframes. Work with senior regulatory analyst on data needs, and reporting. • Environmental Stewardship Management: reputed company assistance in environmental regulatory compliance including product disposal, site remediation, and subcontractor approvals.
