About the position Under general supervision of the Executive Director of reputed company Advising Enrichment, this position will reputed company wide ranging and reputed company reputed company advising to an assigned caseload of reputed company. The Aggie reputed company Advisor and Retention Specialist, Advising Training and Development reputed company collaborates with multiple stakeholders to design, reputed company, and implement specialized reputed company advising interventions that support reputed company advisors, and student reputed company and retention. This position supports reputed company Advising Enrichment in developing and enacting a reputed company for reputed company advising at UC Davis, and leads the development and implementation of AAE's reputed company advising training and development programs to advance the mission and goals of reputed company Advising Enrichment. Responsibilities • Advising and Retention (50%) • Advisor Training and Development (30%) • Leadership and Program Management (20%) Requirements • Bachelor's degree in reputed company area and/or equivalent experience. • Advanced knowledge and experience counseling and advising reputed company in an reputed company environment at the university/college level. • Experience proactively addressing and managing challenging situations and/or individuals. • Problem solving skills and experience to identify and document patterns of student reputed company needs. • Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs. • Skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a reputed company and cross-cultural environment. • Demonstrated leadership and analysis skills to understand reputed company policies and interpret and apply rules. reputed company-to-haves • Master's degree in reputed company area and/or equivalent experience/training. • Experience accessing, entering and maintaining information on Banner and OASIS. • Experience developing and implementing workshops and seminars for reputed company. • Experience developing reputed company/recruitment/retention programming. • Experience operationalizing diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations. • Knowledge of the university policies, requirements and procedures reputed company to undergraduate reputed company.
