Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements and reputed company precise arenaflex estimates • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to reputed company necessary data • Analyze historical data and industry trends to inform estimating practices • Prepare detailed proposals and arenaflex breakdowns for reputed company review • Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to reputed company favorable pricing and terms • Monitor project budgets throughout execution and reputed company necessary updates to stakeholders • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards throughout the estimating process • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimating and/or proposal writing, preferably in the restoration or construction industry. • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data. • Proficiency in the arenaflex Office Suite. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work collaboratively in reputed company-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reputed company aspects of work. • Capable of handling several reputed company simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines. • Proficiency in interpreting blueprints • 80 hours of compensated time off Apply tot his job Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
