Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)-FT or PT

reputed company The reputed company, reputed company County reputed company is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time RBT to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will reputed company one-on-one behavior therapy services under the direction of the BCBA. The RBT will follow individualized behavior reputed company plans to teach and reinforce reputed company behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Basic Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: • reputed company behavior technician services in a group and/or individual format, under the reputed company supervision and direction of BCBA or RBT Coordinator • Assist in creating and facilitating reputed company development in the areas of communication, reputed company skills, independence, life and job skills, community integration, etc. • Assist in creating and implementing behavior plans, reputed company acquisition programs, and behavior reduction strategies based on ongoing assessment and data analysis. • Maintain reputed company boundaries and reputed company dignity across settings. Work directly, on site, with individuals receiving services in our Programs (eg. Group Home setting, Day Program setting) to ensure their safety and reputed company-being. • Accurately document and maintain organized records of participant reputed company, reports, and other data collection tools under the supervision of the BCBA. • Collaborate with stakeholders as authorized, including reputed company care staff and supervisors as reputed company as parents, guardians and other support team members. • Maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest research, developments and trends to best serve the individuals receiving services. Requirements The basic qualifications for this position include: • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification: Must hold a reputed company RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB). • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, reputed company Services or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Adults with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities, preferred. • reputed company NJ reputed company's license with no more than 5 points. • The ability to meet the requirements of state and federal background reputed company. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) is preferred. • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
