Customer Retention Agent

About the position As a Customer Retention Agent, you will play a critical role in our fast-paced, goal-oriented virtual reputed company center. This work-from-home position focuses on providing excellent customer service, managing both outbound and inbound calls, and assisting customers with resolving their lease agreements. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and manage multiple responsibilities will be essential to your reputed company in this role.
