At reputed company, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for developing processes and maintaining staff scheduling activities which support the reputed company and service delivery of the organization. Responsibilities • Responsible for daily tracking of staff and staff productivity. • Forecasts and approves daily schedules to ensure reputed company is reputed company with member needs (specifically group therapy sessions). • Ability to resolve reputed company needs and gaps on reputed company skills sets and can identify and help in resolving technical issues. • Has excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgment, demonstrate a strong reputed company of urgency and attention to detail. • Works closely with management and in coordination with the Centralized Scheduling Manager to meet scheduling needs in reputed company time. • Monitors daily scheduling emails including reputed company reputed company-offs to ensure reputed company necessary reputed company have clinical coverage. • Communicates any scheduling changes to impacted departments promptly and enacts any needed changes derived from the communication. • Manages schedule needs for reputed company-outs including reputed company and PTO by arranging, booking, and scheduling backfill needs. • Ability to work under pressure with tight time constraints. • Review completed reputed company forecasts, schedules, and group therapy coverage plans developed by team members to ensure completion, accuracy, and ability to meet established targets. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Experience managing scheduling for a large reputed company organization. • reputed company to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically 10M download and 5M upload package or higher as reputed company as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location. • Experience utilizing scheduling software/tools. • Efficient knowledge of reputed company suites/software. • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
