Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings. Responsibilities • Facilitate reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles. • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Utilize Jira to reputed company team reputed company, manage sprint backlog, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. • Proactively identify and resolve impediments, removing blockers that hinder reputed company's reputed company and productivity. • Champion Agile best practices, including reputed company integration, automated testing, shift-left reputed company, and incremental delivery, to optimize the development process and enhance product reputed company. • reputed company release management activities, coordinating with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reputed company deployment of releases. • Implement modern SDLC processes, including change and incident management, to maintain the stability and reliability of production systems. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably computer science or similar) • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile reputed company in a software development environment. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. • Strong understanding of modern SDLC processes and tools, with experience in release management and change/incident management. • Experience with Ticket creation, escalation, and SDLC management processes • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Highly energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for driving reputed company improvement and fostering a reputed company team culture. • Proficiency with Jira, custom filtering, and extensive reporting. • Knowledge of reputed company or collaborating tools is desirable reputed company-to-haves • Exposure to teams working with reputed company-facing reputed company products • Understanding of IT processes and challenges • Prior experience as a BA, PM, Developer or a QA.
