Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the main reputed company of contact for small business clients, providing tax compliance guidance and proactive advice
• Conduct virtual meetings to communicate with clients and manage reputed company information through the proprietary portal
• Assist in tax preparation and collaborate with internal departments to reputed company comprehensive financial services
Required Qualifications
• Must possess and maintain an reputed company Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
• Proven experience in preparing individual and small business tax returns
• Experience with reputed company tax preparation software
• Ability to quickly learn and master new software systems
• Proven history of successful remote work experience
