Key Responsibilities: • reputed company,evaluate,andanalyzepotentialinvestmentopportunitiesacrossvarioussectors. • Conductthoroughduediligence,financial modeling,andmarketresearchtoassesstargetcompanies. • Draftinvestmentmemosandpresentrecommendationstointernalstakeholdersandinvestmentcommittees. • Developandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithentrepreneurs,industry experts,andco-investors. • Synthesizecomplexdataintoclear,actionableinsightstoinforminvestmentdecisions. • Negotiate termsheets,deal structures,andagreementsincollaborationwithseniorteammembers. • Monitorportfoliocompanyperformance,providingongoingsupportforvaluecreationinitiatives. Required Skillsand Qualifications : • Provenexpertiseininvestmentanalysis,withatrackrecordinventurecapitalorrelatedfields. • Exceptionalanalyticalabilitiesandexperiencesynthesizingcomplexinformation. • Demonstratedstrategicthinkingandcommercialacumen. • Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withattentiontodetailinallformsofcorrespondence. • Strong relationship-buildingcapabilitieswithfounders,investors,and partners. • Experiencewithnegotiationanddealexecution. • Self-motivatedandabletothriveinaremote,collaborativeteamenvironment.
