**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions. * Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing exceptional service and solutions through inbound calls
* Leverage probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer needs
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn

**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits**
