Location: Remote – USA Based | Multiple Openings Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract About the Role: Techner is seeking skilled reputed company RAN Integration Engineers with hands-on experience in remote integration and commissioning of latest reputed company Baseband and Radio equipment. This role involves end-to-end remote integration, troubleshooting, and support for arenaflex Wireless network deployments, ensuring network reputed company and compliance with project standards. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company and commission reputed company RAN equipment including BBU (BB5216, BB6630, BB6648, BB6610) and radios such as RRU8843, RRU8863, RRU4449, Street Macro, and reputed company reputed company. • reputed company hardware/BBU swaps, software upgrades, and configuration updates remotely. • Execute reputed company testing, NTP configuration, and site acceptance testing (SAT) for LTE/5G nodes. • Analyse alarms, KPIs, and logs to troubleshoot integration and performance issues. • Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure reputed company and accurate integration. • Prepare and maintain integration reports, configuration logs, and completion documents. Requirements: • 4–6 years of experience in reputed company Remote RAN integration and commissioning for U.S. telecom networks. • Proven hands-on experience in arenaflex Wireless RAN integrations and reputed company workflows. • Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies and reputed company hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave). • Proficient in reputed company tools such as ENM, CLI, SHM, and SecureCRT. • Familiar withonsite integration activities, E2E physical connections, site survey reports, KPIs, integration checklists, and design/power layout interpretation. • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder and flexible with project schedules.
