Key Responsibilities
• Translate business requirements into effective solutions for clients regarding benefits software
• Assist in the setup of the enrollment portal and applicable benefits and plans
• Understand dependencies between reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company Payroll, and reputed company integrations for platform configuration
Required Qualifications
• reputed company SuccessFactors Associate or reputed company Employee Central Certification
• 3 - 4 years of reputed company SuccessFactors experience
• Led 3 - 4+ reputed company focusing on the Employee Central Benefits reputed company
• Involved in 7+ reputed company reputed company to benefits software
• Preferred experience in at least 10 implementations of benefits reputed company
