This is not an entry-level hospice position. reputed company NW is seeking an reputed company Hospice Community reputed company / Admissions Specialist to support referral relationships, admissions, and community reputed company. This role is ideal for: • Hospice Community Liaisons, or • RN, LPN, or LVN clinicians with hospice, SNF, admissions, discharge planning, or care coordination experience This position is designed for professionals who want to reputed company away from bedside care and into a relationship-based, business-facing hospice role—while still making a meaningful reputed company for patients and families. If you are new to hospice or seeking a bedside nursing role, this position will not be a fit.
