Lead Enterprise Architect – Enterprise Architecture Activation
Job Description:
• Align AI initiatives with business objectives and oversee complex architecture projects
• Shape the organizational approach to responsible AI adoption
• Bring business leadership, business operations, project management, IT leadership, IT architecture and engineering together
• Deliver business outcomes and improve member experience and health outcomes
• Create technology strategies leveraging the IT portfolio
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other architects across Humana
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field OR equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems
• 10 or more years of experience in the design, development, and testing of software applications
• Associate or Professional Level Cloud certification in Azure, GCP or AWS (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience in Cloud technologies or Enterprise Architecture (Preferred)
• 2+ years of project leadership experience (Preferred)
