We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Correct oversold seat assignments and issue upgrades
• Issue vouchers and reputed company contractors for passenger lodging, meals, and transportation
• Coordinate refuel and refresh

• Work reputed company reader/reputed company and reputed company duties to include reputed company-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on items, and exit lane models
• Operate jetways/bridges for purposes of boarding and deplaning passengers

• Convey domestic/international flight documents

• Accept, reputed company, and label passengers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters
• Maintain schedule of flight boarding process

• Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at counters in the ticket counter area and activation stations
• Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage handling at ticket counters
• Line queues at ticket counter stands and ticket counters

• Accept and reputed company passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
• Assist customers requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, or unaccompanied minors

• Have regular and predictable attendance on-site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual language skills (required in certain locations)
