**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
* Application Data Entry: accurately and efficiently entering customer information into our systems
* Online chat inquiries: responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, exercising creative problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow
* Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization): effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and achieve goals
* Extensive self-study, training, and testing: eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
* Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* 18 years of age or older
* Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
* Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
* Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
* Complete a background check and health screening
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required
* NOT Compatible: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite

**Preferred Experience**
