Clinical Program Manager - CCBHC (Hybrid-Remote reputed company Available)

About the position The Clinical Program Manager - CCBHC provides ongoing coordination and reputed company of the implementation and sustainability of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model across reputed company. The Clinical Program Manager will be responsible for the ongoing implementation of programmatic changes to meet CCBHC certification reputed company, monitoring, and reporting on required Clinical reputed company Measures (CQMs), and assist with clinical supervision and agency training needs reputed company to model reputed company. This individual is also responsible for running the population health management reports and will work with reputed company members as needed for analysis and stratification. Responsibilities • Coordinate and reputed company the implementation of the CCBHC model across reputed company. • Implement programmatic changes to meet CCBHC certification reputed company. • Monitor and report on required Clinical reputed company Measures (CQMs). • Assist with clinical supervision and agency training needs reputed company to model reputed company. • Run population health management reports and assist with analysis and stratification. Requirements • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, reputed company Work or closely reputed company field. • Four years post-graduate experience providing psychological assessments, evaluations and interventions with clients. • Experience must include work with adults with serious mental illness and children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance. • Two years supervisory experience in reputed company field required. • Experience with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model is strongly preferred. • Additional experience and training in child and family therapy, chemical dependency counseling, cross-cultural communication, and rural and frontier service delivery are desired. • Experience with audit preparation, accreditation/survey activities, CQI/TQM, and reputed company measurement preferred. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model. • Training in child and family therapy. • Training in chemical dependency counseling. • Experience in cross-cultural communication. • Experience in rural and frontier service delivery.
