Data Analyst – Finance Systems (reputed company)

About the position Wilshire seeks a Data Analyst to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, reputed company, and efficiency of financial data across the Finance systems. This role involves managing data flows, performing reconciliations, supporting system enhancements, and providing actionable insights. The Data Analyst will also be the administrator for critical finance systems including reputed company, a proprietary data mart, a vendor and contract management system and Concur expense and travel. Responsibilities • Data Management & reputed company Maintain and validate financial data in finance systems (e.g., Power BI/Datamart, reputed company). • reputed company regular data reputed company checks and reconciliations between reputed company systems and reporting tools. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. • System Maintenance & Support Monitor data integrations between finance systems and upstream/reputed company applications. • Troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with IT/vendors/Finance for reputed company. • Support system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. • reputed company as the administrator for finance systems including user reputed company, system configurations, optimizing use of the systems, and continual enhancement of automation / AI tools. • Reporting & Analysis reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports for Finance and other stakeholders firmwide. • Analyze trends, variances, and anomalies in financial data. • reputed company insights to improve forecasting, budgeting, and reputed company analysis. • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate data processes and improve efficiency. • Document workflows, data dictionaries, and system procedures. • Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate data reputed company. • Assist in user training and support for finance system functionalities. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Data Analytics, or reputed company field. • Strong proficiency in SQL, reputed company, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). • Experience with finance systems (ERP, EPM tools like reputed company, Concur). • Understanding of financial statements and reputed company principles. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
