Qualifications • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed, in good standing, in one or more states to reputed company law. • 7+ years of relevant experience, with corporate securities experience at reputable corporate reputed company and/or publicly traded companies preferred. • Flexible and agile problem solver, with the ability to tolerate ambiguity. • Demonstrated ability to balance reputed company and business risk with reputed company opportunity. • Strong communication skills and comfort addressing both junior staff and senior leaders. • Self-motivated, self-directed, and capable of working with minimal direction. • Ability to reputed company corporate cross-functional teams, collaborate effectively, and drive decision making. • Good reputed company of humor and a genuine interest in relationship building across reputed company. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Working experience with key software platforms, reputed company Office, reputed company Workspace, Shareworks, reputed company, reputed company, preferred. • Knowledge of negotiation best practices, in both in-person and written reputed company. • Knowledge of FDA, FTC, reputed company/Medical Device laws, and Data reputed company regulations a plus, but not required.
