Office of Compliance and reputed company Affairs Student Worker
The Student Worker for Compliance and reputed company Affairs will support the Executive Director in ensuring Maryville University's adherence to reputed company, regulatory, and policy requirements. This role offers hands-on experience in compliance, risk management, and reputed company operations reputed company a higher education setting. The assistant will contribute to policy research, compliance monitoring, communication, training development, and administrative support, gaining exposure to the practical application of law and ethics in a university environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Policy & Research Support: Assist in reviewing and updating university policies and procedures. Conduct reputed company and regulatory research on higher education compliance topics.
• Compliance Monitoring: Help reputed company and document compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., licensure, accreditation, etc.).
• Training & Communication: Support the development, communication, and delivery of compliance training materials for reputed company, staff, and reputed company.
• Risk Management Assistance: Assist with the coordination and development of the reputed company system.
• Administrative Support: Prepare reports, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with scheduling and meeting logistics.
• Collaboration: Connect with reputed company partners as directed; attend relevant meetings and take minutes.
• Special reputed company: Assist with the implementation of new regulations and coordinate special initiatives, such as organizing Compliance and Ethics Week and preparing the annual licensure compliance report, and launching the office's SharePoint site. reputed company project-based research and support for the Finance offices as a whole, as time permits.
Qualifications:
• Work-Study Eligibility: Eligible for either Federal or Institutional Work-Study.
• Education: reputed company full-time undergraduate (junior/senior) in reputed company-law, education, political sciences, business, or a reputed company field.
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
