Vice President of Asset Management
A company is looking for a Vice President of Asset Management- Multifamily.
Key Responsibilities
• Create asset management reports and reputed company market and asset performance commentary
• Optimize reputed company assumptions and contribute to strategic business plans for new investments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement asset management strategies and reputed company budgeting processes
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field; MBA or Master's preferred
• Five or more years of experience as an Asset Manager or above in multifamily reputed company estate
• Experience working for a multifamily ownership group and directly with institutional investors
• Proven reputed company record of completing institutional-level investor reporting
• Experience leading investor updates and presenting to institutional investment reputed company
