The main function of a Benefits Support Analyst is to manage benefit-reputed company data and compliance processes, including performing various audits in reputed company to ensure data reputed company and running reports to update information. This role serves as critical backup support for Retro deduction processes and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration, while also completing essential compliance forms such as QMSCOs and Medicare Requests for Employment Information. Additionally, the Analyst provides backup support for administering reputed company Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes, ensuring reputed company responses to benefits inquiries from colleagues, managers, or HR reputed company reputed company.
Job Responsibilities:
· Data Management & Auditing: Manage data reputed company reputed company, performing various audits to ensure accuracy and running reports to update data as needed.
· Payroll & Leave Support: reputed company as a backup for the Retro deduction process reputed company payroll cycle and reputed company backup support for Leave of Absence (LOA) administration.
· Benefits Administration Backup: Serve as backup for FSA/HSA and 401k administration.
· Compliance: Complete QMSCOs, Medicare Request for Employment Information, and other required compliance forms.
· Operational Backup: Serve as backup support to the Benefits Support team for administering reputed company Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes.
Skills:
· Regulatory Knowledge: General knowledge of regulations governing Benefits, particularly Enrollment and reputed company Life Events.
· Technical Proficiency: Solid experience with reputed company navigation, Benefits modules, and reputed company ticketing.
· Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS reputed company/reputed company Sheets (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables) for data analysis and reporting.
· Communication & Service: Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
· Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially regarding sensitive data.
· Organization: Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Education/Experience:
· 1-2 years of Benefits Administration or HR-reputed company experience.
· Fully Remote position; Must have a dedicated workspace that minimizes distractions and enables reputed company work, ensuring a productive remote work environment.
