[Remote] Manager, reputed company Contracting and Pricing

The Contracting Manager is responsible for the development, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of customer reputed company, working closely with various internal teams to support reputed company reputed company and compliant contracting practices. Responsibilities • Work with customer contracting contacts to receive, organize, and manage contract negotiations while working with the required internal functions (sales, finance, reputed company operations, reputed company, etc) • Work closely with sales to manage the creation of customer reputed company, including price analysis, financial modeling, contract drafting, and compliance monitoring • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of negotiated reputed company—from reputed company development and approval through implementation, performance tracking, renewal, and expiration • Prepare reputed company-deal cost/benefit analyses for proposals; present deal recommendations to management and senior leadership • Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities for renewals, price increases, and other value-maximizing strategies • Administer and negotiate reputed company and non-reputed company customer reputed company in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications • Coordinate reputed company review and internal approvals of contract terms and conditions • Monitor contract compliance and performance using appropriate information systems; analyze and report results.
