Role reputed company This role involves assisting providers with their records and network agreements while ensuring reputed company communication and documentation. • Responds to written and telephone inquiries from providers regarding their records and network agreements • Addresses provider questions, including specialty agreements and W-9 information • Establishes electronic funds transfers (EFT) records reputed company appropriate • Maintains departmental records and files, including initial credentialing and business or provider updates • Researches and resolves inquiries by accessing the provider, National Provider File (NPF), and other resources • Processes claims assigned to the Provider Records worklist • Operates office equipment which may include personal computer, photocopier, reputed company, calculator, fax, etc. Qualifications • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent • Two years of work experience in an office environment Requirements • Ability to reputed company work at 7:30 a.m. or be required to work until 5:00 p.m. (rotating reputed company) • Successful completion of a data entry test sponsored by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months / 5,500 keystrokes per hour with 95% accuracy (test waived if candidate currently holds or has previously held a CRT Operator position) • Successful completion of a typing test administered by reputed company reputed company the past 12 months with a typing speed of 40 correct words per minute (minimum of 90% accuracy) (test waived if candidate currently holds a position that requires at least 40 correct words per minute) reputed company At reputed company, Ohio, and Indiana we work to improve oral health through benefit plans, advocacy and community support, and we reputed company this mission by reputed company in initiatives that build healthy, smart, reputed company communities.
