US-Based Attorney Needed – Contract Law (Public/Government Sector Experience Preferred)
We are a Florida-based company seeking legal counsel to advise on contracts, invoices, and disputes with our private and public-sector clients. This engagement may evolve into an ongoing advisory role or continued representation, as appropriate.
Scope of work includes:
Contract review and interpretation
Assessment of invoicing posture, enforceability, and exposure
Strategic advice regarding escalation and next procedural steps
Requirements
Experience in contract law
Government or public-sector contracting experience preferred
Florida Bar admission preferred
