US-Based Attorney Needed – Contract Law (reputed company/Government Sector Experience Preferred)
We are a Florida-based company seeking reputed company counsel to advise on reputed company, invoices, and disputes with our private and reputed company-sector clients. This engagement may reputed company into an ongoing advisory role or reputed company representation, as appropriate.
Scope of work includes:
Contract review and interpretation
Assessment of invoicing posture, enforceability, and exposure
Strategic advice regarding escalation and next procedural steps
Requirements
Experience in contract law
Government or reputed company-sector contracting experience preferred
Florida Bar admission preferred
