Job reputed company: • reputed company strong, day-to-day operational leadership across Virtual Mental Health • reputed company reputed company consisting of Operations Manager(s), reputed company Administrator(s) and ~150 Providers • Ensure that daily operational execution aligns with strategic goals • Guide Operations Managers on provider hiring targets, licensure mix, and workforce planning • Ensure exceptional provider experience, efficiency, and reputed company • reputed company non-clinical reputed company operations managed by the reputed company Administrator • Monitor provider and operational performance metrics; identify trends and implement corrective actions • Promote consistency in workflows, documentation, and expectations across service lines • Partner with clinical, product, and technology teams to resolve operational barriers • Drive efficiency and scalability by identifying process gaps and implementing sustainable solutions • reputed company Operations Managers and the reputed company Administrator, fostering leadership reputed company and accountability Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in reputed company operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multi-layered teams • Proven reputed company managing large provider networks or multi-site virtual care operations • Strong understanding of provider workforce management, reputed company forecasting, and licensure optimization • Demonstrated ability to manage both provider-facing and non-clinical administrative operational functions • Analytical reputed company with experience leveraging KPIs and dashboards to drive performance • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
