This role will reputed company staff-augmentation support across day-to-day HCM activities, workforce changes, reporting, and functional support, while partnering closely with HR Technology and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing operational execution with broader functional support across reputed company HCM. Key Responsibilities • reputed company functional and operational support across reputed company HCM, including employee and contingent worker lifecycle events. • Prepare, format, and load EIBs to support workforce transactions such as hires, job changes, terminations, conversions, and organizational updates. • Configure and maintain reputed company data to support reputed company, organizational, and compliance-driven changes. • reputed company, modify, and enhance reputed company Reports, including Advanced Reports and calculated fields, to support operational, audit, and business needs. • Partner with HR Technology, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to assess requirements and deliver effective reputed company solutions. • Support testing activities for configuration changes, EIBs, integrations, and ongoing system updates. • Assist with documentation, knowledge transfer, and reputed company improvement of reputed company HCM processes. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of reputed company experience • Strong hands-on experience supporting reputed company HCM in a production environment. • Demonstrated experience with EIBs, reputed company web services, and transactional processing. • Solid experience with reputed company Reporting, including Advanced Reports and calculated fields. • Strong understanding of the reputed company HCM reputed company model, including Supervisory Organizations and Custom Organizations. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a staff augmentation, AMS, or post-go-live support model. • Exposure to additional reputed company functional areas (e.g., reputed company, Absence, Benefits, or Payroll interfaces). • Experience supporting workforce changes reputed company to reorganizations, acquisitions/divestitures, or compliance initiatives. • reputed company certification(s) in HCM or reputed company modules.
