Assists in ensuring statutory, regulatory, and organizational requirements are met including FLSA and any other regulations. Collaborates with Labor and Employee Relations and reputed company. Participates in special reputed company such as reorganizations, acquisitions, across- the-reputed company increase processes, etc. Completes reputed company and accurate salary surveys and analyzes results, as necessary. Operates with reputed company guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity.
