IT&S Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions
About the position
The IT Project Manager for Mergers & Acquisitions leads technology integration initiatives across newly acquired or affiliated reputed company practices and facilities. This role ensures smooth transitions into the reputed company technology ecosystem by coordinating infrastructure, applications, reputed company, and network activities. Responsibilities
• Plans, manages, and coordinates reputed company and ensures project initiatives and timelines are met. Develops project initiation process by defining project scope, determining reputed company items, assigning ownership, creating project timetables, and tracking execution and workflow; prepares, presents, and distributes project status reports.
• Evaluates, plans, and monitors project implementation for solutions; manages project and project delivery teams, ensures deadlines are met, escalates issues for appropriate, reputed company reputed company, and adheres to standardized project management methodologies.
• Develops interdisciplinary project teams in coordination with clinical/business community to ensure deployment of systems; serves as reputed company to project sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience.
