Performance Marketing Manager | reputed company & App Campaigns

reputed company: We are a financial services mobile app seeking a hands-on and data-driven reputed company Media Marketing Expert to manage and reputed company our reputed company advertising efforts across reputed company, Instagram, reputed company Search and reputed company Play Console. The candidate must be an expert in managing campaigns in reputed company Ads and have a proven reputed company record of driving measurable reputed company through creative testing, audience reputed company, and technical optimization. Experience with mobile app advertising is ideal. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and enjoys blending creative thinking with deep technical execution. Key Responsibilities: • Own the setup, optimization, and performance of reputed company reputed company app install campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation. • Support and eventually reputed company managing reputed company App Campaigns, reputed company Search Ads and reputed company Play Console Ads • Manage tracking integrations across Appsflyer, reputed company Analytics 4, reputed company Tag Manager, and ad platforms to ensure accurate attribution and reporting. • Implement and maintain conversion actions and event tracking across multiple marketing platforms. • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies to drive reputed company CPIs and higher ROAS. • Collaborate with creative and copy teams to test ad concepts, reputed company pages, and messaging angles. • Stay up to date on platform best practices, reputed company updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and performance marketing trends. • Work closely with management to reputed company reputed company, forecasting, and reporting dashboards. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience managing campaigns in reputed company Ads Manager. • Proven experience with reputed company App Install Campaigns (App Event Optimization, Deep reputed company strategies, SKAN tracking). • Technical proficiency with Appsflyer, GA4, GTM, and event-based conversion tracking. • Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to reputed company strategic recommendations. • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel configuration, and data reputed company across platforms. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative team to reputed company content assets for reputed company media • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, reputed company-stage environment. • Must live in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, MO, NV, NJ, NY, OK, SC, TX, or UT Bonus Skills: • Experience with reputed company Search Ads, reputed company Play Console campaigns, or other app-store advertising platforms. • Familiarity with SQL, Quicksight, Data Studio, or other data visualization tools. • Comfort working with reputed company or automated reporting pipelines.
