Job Title: Reactjs Developer Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid Duration: Long Term 3 Days onsite We are looking for a Senior Lead developer who has 8+ years of experience in design and development of React.js applications. Key Responsibilities: Solid developer and make it work mindset and approach. Lead the design of React.js applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Work with other developers, providing guidance on React.js best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and code quality. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in React.js and frontend development, incorporating new technologies and best practices into our development processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our development workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.js. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications from conception to deployment. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies. Deep understanding of frontend builds tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript programming. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
