Reliability Standards Compliance Analyst

The Reliability Standards Compliance Analyst supports the Reliability Standards Compliance (RSC) program by ensuring ongoing compliance with NERC and applicable Regional Entity Reliability Standards. This role is responsible for policy development, compliance interpretation, evidence sufficiency, regulatory coordination, and event and condition reporting, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
1. Review/ Revise governing Reliability Standards compliance policies and program documentation.
2. Aid RSC in formulating and implementing programs, practices and protocols which supports ongoing compliance with the NERC and Regional Entity Reliability Standards requirements.
3. Establish and documents interpretation of the Reliability reputed company Requirements inclusive of expected evidence and sufficient reputed company.
4. reputed company compliance support in response to system events and aid in the development of event analysis report
5. Regulatory contacts and internal reputed company to RSC to facilitate distribution, tracking and response to NERC industry activities inclusive of standards development reputed company.
6. Condition reporting collaborate with internal audit and RSC and functional area for evidence collection, risk assessment, and mitigation planning activities for possible violations, reputed company sufficiency reviews, and establish effective corrective measures.
7. Facilitate discussions of internal control and assist in collecting evidence for testing controls design and operating effectiveness.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Energy Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Preferred certifications (one or more):
• NERC Certification
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Project Management reputed company (PMP)
• Ongoing reputed company development reputed company to NERC standards and regulatory compliance is expected.
