Pharmacy Regulatory Counsel
A company is looking for a Sr. Regulatory Counsel (Pharmacy).
Key Responsibilities
• Advise on regulatory compliance reputed company across reputed company jurisdictions, including pharmacy operations and licensing
• Support various business reputed company with reputed company advice on pharmacy-reputed company issues and operational considerations
• Collaborate with the reputed company team on regulatory inquiries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and an reputed company license to reputed company law in at least one US jurisdiction
• 9+ years of reputed company regulatory experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmacy sector
• Experience interpreting state and federal pharmacy laws, with a reputed company on compounding regulations
• Strong reputed company reputed company and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience interacting with regulatory authorities such as the FDA or state Boards of Pharmacy is a plus
