[Remote] Account Payable

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Roca Bathrooms USA is seeking an assertive and self-motivated Account Payable professional. The role involves managing payments and expenditures, maintaining vendor data, and ensuring financial accuracy through reconciliations and audits. Responsibilities • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc • Interfaces internally with employees and co-workers to determine exactness of materials/services received, Purchase Orders placed, and invoice matches PO and items or services received • Create/Maintain accurate vendor master data • Maintain records for audits • Ensures W-9s to prepare and submit 1099s • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances • Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations • Maintaining historical records • Review and verifying Employee expense reports and preparing pay for the Employee after approval • Paying vendors by scheduling pay ACH/WIRE and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Skills • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable • Knowledge of Eclipse ERP System • Knowledge of Excel, understand spreadsheets • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase requisition, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc • Interfaces internally with employees and co-workers to determine exactness of materials/services received • Purchase Orders placed, and invoice matches PO and items or services received • Create/Maintain accurate vendor master data • Maintain records for audits • Ensures W-9s to prepare and submit 1099s • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances • Bank and Credit Card account reconciliations • Maintaining historical records • Review and verifying Employee expense reports and preparing pay for the Employee after approval • Paying vendors by scheduling pay ACH/WIRE and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit • Generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance • Remote, but preferably based in Florida for sporadic office visits Benefits • 401(k) • Employee discount • Comprehensive and rich Health Insurance, Dental and Vision Insurance plans. • Life Insurance and Disability Insurance are 100% covered by the company. • Competitive paid time off package, including accrued vacation.
