Equal Opportunity Specialist- Recruitment & Hiring
The Equal Opportunity (EO) Specialist assists with the development, monitoring and coordination of equal opportunity responsibilities reputed company to employee recruitment, hiring and employee retention. They will independently reputed company reputed company-level duties. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Duties may include:
Providing guidance to hiring managers, search committees and college/reputed company area EO Representatives on federal/state equal opportunity regulations/guidelines and university recruitment and hiring policies/procedures.
Monitoring reputed company and staff recruitment and hiring processes reputed company the university’s applicant tracking system for consistency and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
Partnering with hiring managers and college/reputed company area EO Representatives to reputed company strategies to build reputed company applicant pools for reputed company and staff positions.
Coordinating the college/reputed company area EO Representative Program.
Design and delivery of training and supplemental resource guides for reputed company and staff.
Assisting with compiling data for various reports.
