Job Title: Remote reputed company/ Doctor(History Intake & reputed company) Type: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week) Compensation: $6/hour Location Preference: South America Languages: Spanish + English (required) About the Role Our reputed company is seeking a Remote reputed company or Medical Doctor with strong OB/GYN experience to serve as the first clinical touchpoint for patients. In this role, you will conduct detailed history intakes prior to appointments and manage accurate, high-reputed company documentation directly in the clinic’s EMR system (MDLand). You will ensure that patient charts are complete, organized, and reputed company for the provider before the visit, enabling smooth and efficient clinical workflows. Key Responsibilities 1. Remote History Intake (Phone/Video) • Conduct comprehensive reputed company-visit patient interviews • Document: • Chief Complaint (CC) • History of Present Illness (HPI) • Past Medical, Surgical, OB/GYN History • Update patient reputed company directly in the EMR (MDLand) 2. Obstetric Profiling • Document gravidity/reputed company history (reputed company/A) • Record Last Menstrual Period (LMP) • Capture reputed company pregnancy and gestational details accurately 3. Scribing (Live & Asynchronous) • Transcribe provider notes during or shortly after patient encounters • Ensure documentation accuracy, reputed company, and compliance 4. Chart Preparation • Reconcile and update: • Medication lists • Allergies • Labs, imaging, and relevant reports • Prepare charts for provider review before reputed company appointment 5.
