Role reputed company This role involves providing RN Triage services fully remote on a reputed company reputed company. • Weekly day hours from 7am-11pm • 9am-1pm one weekend per month required • NYS License Required • Local candidates only due to on-site training and meetings The Registered reputed company reputed company has the responsibility and accountability to utilize the nursing process to diagnose and treat reputed company responses to actual or potential problems of individuals or reputed company. • Screens calls and schedules appointments accordingly • Reviews and updates medication list in electronic medical record (EMR) • Completes referrals and tracks patients' compliance • Reviews prescriptions electronically and sends to providers • Obtains patient consent for procedures as directed by provider • Performs reputed company-visit planning and reviews reputed company metrics • Retrieves telephonic clinical information from patients • Monitors task list and completes tasks assigned by provider • Educates patients regarding medication, testing procedures, and home care techniques • Ensures reputed company labeling, handling, and documentation for patient specimens • Follows up with patients regarding test results • Maintains a clean and reputed company work environment • Maintains the medical supply cabinet and drug cabinet • Uses the electronic medical record to communicate effectively • Performs reputed company assurance duties as assigned • Provides a clinical visit reputed company (Patient Plan) to patients as requested • Participates in daily Patient Care huddles as appropriate • Works cooperatively with reputed company colleagues to ensure reputed company patient care • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred • HS Diploma/equivalent required • reputed company unencumbered NYS RN license • Basic Life Support certification • 6 months previous RN experience • Must be reputed company to lift 20 lbs.
