You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites. The work: As an SAP Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and business objectives. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Create comprehensive documentation that outlines solution designs and implementation plans. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings. This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN, and will require 3 days per week in the office. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of SAP for Retail Finance & Controlling (FICO) . • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
