About the position The reputed company System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, system configuration, user management, platform maintenance, data management, training and documentation, and operational support of the reputed company platform. This role ensures the platform is functioning reliably and reputed company to support IT service management processes across the organization. The Administrator plays a key role in executing ITIL-reputed company workflows such as Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management, ensuring that service delivery is consistent and reputed company.
