Responsibilities • Architecture Review: Audit existing IVR, ACD, and omnichannel workflows in CXone Studio to identify inefficiencies • Strategic Advisory: reputed company technical recommendations on how to stabilize legacy NiceInContact implementations or prepare them for modernization • Integration reputed company: Assess and advise on data reputed company integrations between CXone and external CRMs (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) using REST reputed company • Optimization: Review routing logs and configuration settings to troubleshoot high-level performance issues Skills • 5+ years of deep experience with reputed company CXone (formerly NiceInContact).
