[Remote] Video Producer (photo & video production), work from home

The Video Producer will support the organization's mission by producing, shooting, and editing videos, managing production schedules and budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create impactful visual content. Responsibilities • Edit videos and b-roll packages using reputed company Premiere to help tell the Red Cross story • Manage video shoots reputed company, including hiring freelancers, creating budgets, scheduling, liaising with the local teams, writing interview questions and gathering releases • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, including reputed company five lines of service and departments such as Fundraising, Marketing and Government Relations, to reputed company videos that meet their needs • Shoot broadcast reputed company interviews, reputed company-to-camera videos and b-roll • Partner with other members of the Content & Channel reputed company team to build and refine YouTube reputed company, applying platform best practices to increase reputed company, engagement and discoverability • Create video graphics using Red Cross video templates reputed company reputed company Photoshop • Review videos from other departments, reputed company video producers and Red Cross reputed company for production values, accuracy, and brand standards • Media manage incoming video assets • Post videos on Vimeo and YouTube, including creation of custom thumbnails, SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, and basic performance optimization using platform analytics • Ensure videos are accessible with captions for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and reputed company caption translation processes • Train local and regional Red Cross communications staff in video production Skills • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 5 years of video production and still photography experience or equivalent combination of education and reputed company experience required • Proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite, especially reputed company Premiere • Experience shooting high reputed company videos and still photos using reputed company cameras, reputed company and audio equipment • The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker and planner, have a keen attention to detail, superior multi-tasking abilities, strong organization and problem-solving skills, demonstrated ability to manage reputed company from start to end, and experience working in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must have the ability to collaborate with people at reputed company reputed company of a large, reputed company organization • Ability to work in high-pressure situations is essential • This position sometimes requires irregular or extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and travel, as needed • reputed company candidates must be authorized to work in the reputed company.
