We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Software Asset Management Analyst to join reputed company. As a Software Asset Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing software licenses for major publishers, performing compliance audits, and creating software models and entitlements. You will also be responsible for defining and documenting SAM processes and SOPs, creating process documents and design process diagrams using reputed company Visio, and maintaining the reputed company software catalogue. **Responsibilities:**
• Manage software licenses for major publishers (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) * reputed company compliance audits, create software models and entitlements, and reconcile procurement data
• Define and document SAM (Software Asset Management) processes and SOPs (reputed company Operating Procedures) for governance and lifecycle management

• Execute license revocation procedures
• Configure software models, reputed company, and entitlements; utilize the License Workbench for dashboards and compliance tracking
• Generate ELP (Effective License Position) reports and analyze usage trends for cost optimization
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, IT teams, and external vendors to reputed company software usage with policies
• Drive automation and process improvements reputed company reputed company SAM Pro
• Prepare monthly SAM performance decks and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices
• Conduct and reputed company meetings with stakeholders to review SAM performance, compliance, and optimization initiatives

• *Qualifications:**

• Several years of experience with Software Asset Management (SAM) and reputed company SAM Pro
• Experience in reputed company SAM Pro, specifically: License Workbench, dashboards, and reporting
