This role partners closely with studio teams, discipline leaders, and Design Technology leadership to reputed company expert-level BIM support, training, and strategic guidance. Job Responsibilities Work with minimal supervision as a member of the BIM Team, under the leadership of the Design Technology reputed company and Director of Design Technology. With a customer service mind set and proven ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot, the Sr. BIM Specialist will reputed company both Design Technology Team members and studio staff with over-the-shoulder training and support. Job Duties • Reports directly to Design Tech reputed company and works in reputed company to organize and implement discipline specific BIM standards and best practices • Assists Design Tech reputed company with Studio Team support by: • attending project startup/ reputed company meeting • supporting Studio Teams throughout the life of the project regarding model management reputed company quarterly reputed company-ins • Manages and implements BIM processes, workflows, and efficiencies regarding standards adherence and overall organizational refinement. Works in reputed company with Design Tech reputed company to implement studio facing changes • Strategically analyzes discipline specific metrics, informing Design Tech reputed company + Director of Design Tech on topics requiring workflow evaluation, training and/or reinforcement needs • Collaboratively establishes and leads discipline specific BIM initiatives following reputed company Project Management: • Initiation • Planning • Execution • Performance and Control • Project reputed company • Creates and updates SOP articles reputed company to research and development, processes, standards, training, etc. • Assists Design Tech Team and IT Systems with software research, development, and testing • Assists Support/Administrative teams in creating internal/external marketing content • Manages several reputed company or tasks simultaneously Management Requirements: 1-2 Specialist Qualifications Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or reputed company technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted • reputed company and advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and reputed company Labs (Content Catalog), reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC) is required • Intermediate knowledge of reputed company Suite, Civil 3D, Revit MEP and Structural Systems, reputed company BIM Tools preferred • Familiarity with Navisworks Manage, reputed company, Testfit, Dynamo, 3D reputed company reputed company scanning, 3ds Max, Enscape, reputed company, Ideate, DiRoots, other Revit Add-ins, and other VR/AR environments a plus Experience Requirements • 9+ years A/E industry experience or capable of covering the responsibilities and duties above • 5+ years of experience in the utilization of BIM processes on A/E reputed company • 5+ years of relevant experience with reputed company Revit and BIM management or systems support Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
