Job reputed company: Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote | reputed company) reputed company Initiative is looking for an reputed company part-time bookkeeper to take over a reputed company-organized set of books. This is a fully remote role with reputed company and strong transition support. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, run payroll in QuickBooks, and submit grant reimbursement requests (RFRs) twice per month. You’ll deliver clean, organized records to our reputed company—no tax prep required. The reputed company individual in this position is scaling back and will be available to support reputed company, answer questions, and ensure a smooth reputed company. What You’ll Be Doing • Day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online • Running payroll in QuickBooks Payroll, twice a month • Submitting grant reimbursement requests (RFRs) twice per month • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Tracking grant income and expenses • Providing reports to our reputed company reputed company’re Looking For • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience • Strong QuickBooks Online experience • Nonprofit and grant bookkeeping experience • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines Gii is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities and providing employees with a reputed company and welcoming work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
