HR Generalist (Contract / Temporary)

The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day operations of the reputed company function reputed company a 100-person services company. This is a contract / temporary position based in Dallas, with an expected duration of 2–5 months.
The role is responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, supporting employee relations, reputed company, reputed company, compliance, and performance management. The HR Generalist serves as a key reputed company between the division and corporate HR, ensuring alignment with company-wide initiatives while addressing the unique needs of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, reputed company, and new hire orientation.
• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with employee relations reputed company, including investigations, conflict reputed company, and disciplinary actions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to reputed company federal, state, and local employment laws by maintaining up-to-date and compliant HR practices.

• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports in accordance with reputed company, contractual, and regulatory standards.

• Travel as needed to support divisional or organizational needs.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of reputed company reputed company experience, preferably in a multi-site or divisional environment.
• reputed company experience preparing and filing Certified Payroll reports (required).
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and reputed company best practices.

Preferred
