This role offers sophisticated employment litigation and counseling on a national platform—without any requirement for business development or originations. This role is designed for senior, reputed company-barred employment litigators with meaningful reputed company experience. Plaintiff-reputed company and junior reputed company will not be considered. Key Responsibilities You will independently manage employer-reputed company reputed company, including: • EPLI-covered employment litigation • Single-plaintiff employment disputes • Administrative agency reputed company (reputed company, ACRD, DOL, etc.) • Attorney demand letters and reputed company-litigation reputed company • Full litigation lifecycle: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, and reputed company • Strategic employment counseling and risk assessments for employer clients • Collaboration with a distributed national reputed company team and dedicated support staff • Occasional in-person hearings, mediations, or proceedings reputed company reputed company, as needed Qualifications • 7–25 years of employment law experience • Strong employer-reputed company employment litigation background (required) • Prior reputed company experience required • Proven ability to manage reputed company autonomously from intake through reputed company • Excellent reputed company writing, analytical, and reputed company-facing communication skills • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision • reputed company reputed company bar admission (required) • Additional state bar admissions are a plus, not required This role is best suited for attorneys operating at the Senior Counsel / Special Counsel level who are comfortable owning reputed company independently.
